The Method Park Group website and the integrated booking portal (hereinafter jointly referred to as “website”) are operated by Method Park Holding AG, Wetterkreuz 19a, 91058 Erlangen, Germany (hereinafter “Method Park”). Method Park collects, stores and processes your data to process course orders, service requests and its own marketing purposes. Therefore, Method Park collects your first and last name, email address, company name and address, and your phone number. The following additional data may be required for necessary payment processing: to pay for a course by credit card, Method Park requires your full name, your email address and credit card data.

Method Park does not store your credit card number; it is directly transmitted to the payment processing service. If payment is made via PayPal, no payment data is stored.

In addition to processing course orders, Method Park uses your data for marketing purposes, to inform you about offers and news, tailored to your personal interests, by mail or newsletter.

Payment Processing Service

You can initiate a booking process on the Method Park website. For this purpose, your data may be transferred to one of the following payment processing services as selected during the specific booking process. Payment can only be made via the online payment processes listed in the shop.

  • Payment by PayPal is handled by PayPal (Europe) S.à r.l. & Cie, S.C.A., 5th Floor, 22-24 Boulevard Royal, L-2449 Luxembourg. Additional information on data protection by PayPal is available in PayPal’s Privacy Policy.
  • In order to prevent and detect cases of fraud, we transfer your IP address to PAYMILL GmbH, St.-Cajetan-Straße 43, 81669 Munich, Germany. Your IP address is stored by PAYMILL GmbH for 72 hours. You can revoke your consent to this at any time with effect for the future by contacting us as set out in our legal notice.
  • The payment method “purchase on account” is processed by Method Park Holding AG.

Newsletter

If you subscribe to the Method Park newsletter, your email address is used to communicate with you and to send you, for example, service messages, system messages, emails confirming your registration, to transmit user account information, information about your booked courses. In addition, Method Park uses your email address for its own advertising purposes. You can unsubscribe at any time.

If Method Park receives your email address in connection with a booking or trip and you have not opted out, Method Park reserves the right to regularly send you offers via email for products related to those you have previously purchased from Method Park. You can opt out of this use of your email address at any time by sending a mail to unsubscribe(at)methodpark.de or by using the opt-out link in the advertising email, without any incurring costs beyond the cost of transmission according to the base rates.

Data Security

Method Park employs technical and organizational measures to protect the privacy of users of its website and connected systems. Google Analytics
