Stefan Clepce is a Senior Software Engineer at Method Park and coordinates software development projects for medical devices in the Medical Devices team. In addition to the continuing development of device software, he drives the introduction of modern development tools and methods. To ensure that the customers can use these tools and technologies efficiently, Stefan Clepce trains and coaches employees on topics such as Git or Continuous Integration and advises customers on all questions around software architecture. In order to understand what the customer really needs, he critically examines the provided requirements and comprehensively explains all implementation options.

Above all, his heart beats for Clean Code. He enjoys searching for clues in the code, browsing version histories and log files to find and fix errors. With his profound knowledge of practices, do's and don'ts, his expertise in good software design and software architecture in an agile environment, Stefan Clepce supports his colleagues across projects and has been moderating the Global Day of Coderetreat for several years.
