Many software architects and developers want to use AUTomotive Open System Architecture (AUTOSAR) technology to manage the complexity of software development of advanced motor vehicles but don\'t have the experience needed to effectively apply it in their development projects.
This two-day training, offered online or in person, covers the basic concepts of AUTOSAR and provides information essential to start an AUTOSAR project.

Day 1: Motivation and basic concepts
- Overview of AUTOSAR
- Development methodology
- Phases in code generation
- Creating software components
- Configuring and generating the RTE
Day 2: AUTOSAR basic software
- Architecture of basic software (BSW)
- Configuring and generating the runtime environment (RTE) and BSW
- Planning RTE events
- Concepts of individual BSW components, such as non-volatile memory manager (NvM) and diagnostics

Prerequisites
Participants in this training must have software development experience.
Examination
There will be no exam following this training.
