With over 430 employees, together they generate revenue of approximately 60 million euros. Schleupen AG offers the risk management system “R2C_risk to chance” implemented by medium-sized companies, by companies listed on the stock exchange and by international company groups. With the R2C product family, Schleupen AG offers customizable standard solutions adjusted to the chance and risk management sector, the internal control system and the complaint management. Over 400 companies from different sectors are successfully working with these products.Method Park Consulting GmbH carried out a review of the R2C product family’s development with its well established agile processes, aimed at several teams exposing improvement potential and recommending actions in an established sector.
