Having the goal within the Automotive Business Unit to fulfill the standard Automotive SPICE (ISO15504) capability level 2 for the HIS scope, Method Park with their highly motivated and experienced workforce, supported us to optimize the current development process of our Flash Library Centre operation. With the excellent support of Method Park’s consultants we were able to define a smart development process, with future possibility to enhance to capability level 3, accepted by all members of the team.
