Continental Automotive, Division Chassis & Safety: Test Management Tooling
The division “Automotive Systems” of the Continental group has maintained a leading position as partner in the international automotive industry with outstanding systems, components and engineering services for vehicle safety, comfort and drive technology. The electronics specialists Conti Temic and Continental Teves are part of this business unit and belong to the leading suppliers of electronic and hydraulic brake, stability and control systems, electronic air spring and senor systems. Method Park engineering contributed to this efficiency enhancement in test management of the Automotive Systems Division by supporting improvement in tooling for test management and developing add-ons for the ALM system PTC Integrity. Method Park software engineers assessed the requirements for the new tool in an agile process together with Continental employees and iteratively implemented those requirements in several sprints. The new tool filters and presents data, creates and interlinks new entries into the database. This accelerated various workflows of test management. Method Park concluded its project by generating technical documentation and a user guide for Continental.
