Assistant (m/f) in Accounting (full or part-time)
As part of our management team you will support our accounting team with booking payments to creditor, debtor and inventory accounts. You will maintain and supervise our projects and are jointly responsible for creating invoices and manage their follow-up.
You will take on the responsibility for travel expense accounting and credit card billing. Additionally you will contribute to monthly and annual statements of accounts and wage/salary accounting. Ideally, we would like you to take on the challenge of being the contact person for international accounting as well. We are looking forward to receiving your application.
You are a team player who is service-oriented and have strong communication skills. You have finished your commercial training or training as assistant tax consultant or further training as an accountant.
You are familiar to working with all MS-Office programs, and ideally have Datev and HR Works experience. You work efficiently, are self-reliant and well organized and are fluent in German and English.
You are reliable, flexible and have the right approach for talking to employees and customers. You will take on responsibility for your tasks and fulfill them in a task-oriented manner. If furthermore you are open-minded and friendly, have a high level of self-motivation and have quick learning curves, you will perfectly fit in our collaborative and vibrant team.
