Your Tasks:

  • Management and qualification of leads as well as management of incoming orders and contracts
  • Generation of qualified quotes in close cooperation with our specialist departments
  • Internal coordination of appointments with the specialist departments
  • Care of our existing customers
  • Maintenance of customer data in our CRM system
  • Continuous further development of processes within the sales backoffice as well as inter-divisional processes
  • Invoicing and dunning
  • Preparation of order confirmations
  • Creation and maintenance of customer projects in the CRM system
  • Supplier management

Your Profile:

  • You successfully passed your vocational training with commercial background
  • You love to work in a self-reliant, exact and structured manner
  • You ideally have already worked in a sales backoffice, sales assistance or similar team
  • You are well trained in working with MS-Office applications
  • You have a knack for customer interaction and work in an extremely service- & customer-driven manner
  • You have a very high level of expression in written and spoken German & English
  • With your positive team spirit, you strengthen the team building
