Accountant for payroll, creditors and debtors accounts – part time
As part of our administration team, you will primarily be responsible for creating Method Park’s payroll. Also, you will be adjusting Method Park’s pension scheme and generating corresponding reports. You will be the contact person for employees, authorities and health insurances, regarding social security and payroll tax.
You will be responsible for travel expense accounting and support booking payments to creditor, debtor and inventory accounts. You will maintain and monitor our projects with our CRM system and support monthly settlements and annual accounts. For international accounting and intercompany account ting topics you will be the contact person.
You are a team player who is eager to learn and has strong communication skills. You have finished your training as an accountant for financial and payroll accounting or with comparable qualifications and already gained at least five years of professional experience in accounting.
You are familiar to working with all MS-Office programs and DATEV and have detailed knowledge of German tax law. You ideally gained experience in working with CRM systems and are interested in IT topics.
You work efficiently with high attention to detail, are self-reliant and are well organized. Also we expect that you will be good at writing and speaking in both German and English. You will fully understand and abide by the highest standards of Confidentiality.
You are self-confident and are capable in talking to internal and external business partners.. You will perfectly fit in our team if you have excellent social manners, are friendly and open-minded, have high self-motivation and fast learning curves.
