safetronic.2018 in Stuttgart in November 2018
This HANSER experts conference focuses on version 2 of ISO 26262 for functional safety and SOTIF (Safety of the Intended Functionality). Additional to the analysis of this standard, best practices present some examples for successful implementation. Furthermore, the safetronic.2018 demonstrates how to implement functional safety in new, innovative application fields like electrification, autonomous driving, connectivity and artificial intelligence. The call for papers is open until May 2.
Parallel to presentations, well-known consulting companies and tool vendors present their services and products. Interested participants can visit the Method Park team at its booth number 3 where the Method Park team will inform them about its consulting services on functional safety, Automotive SPICE® v3.1 and AUTOSAR. At the safetronic. 2018, Method Park presents not only its consulting services but also the new version of its process management tool “Stages” which supports users on compliance to standards like ISO 26262.
This year again, Dr. Mario Trapp of the Fraunhofer-Institute for Experimental Software Engineering (IESE) in Kaiserslautern takes on responsibility for the chairmanship of safetronic.
For registrations until October 11, participants benefit from the early bird discount (1,350 euros per ticket; regular fee: 1,500 euros plus VAT).
