PzM Summit in Vienna in November 2018
On November 13 and 14, this year’s Process Management Summit takes place. Expert seminars and best practice presentations, transfer know-how for modern state-of-the-art process management.
During the accompanying exhibition, Method Park product developers will present the new version of the process management tool Stages. They will inform participants about the Method Park consulting portfolio for the challenges of complex development processes and about the courses of the Method Park Training Center, for successful process, project, risk and quality management.
The first conference day is reserved for presentations and best practices. In four parallel tracks, companies demonstrate how they successfully implement process management. The keynote will be presented by Ralph Goldschmidt “The Art of Living for the Very Busy”. After the presentations, the Association for Process Management formally gives the ‘Process Award’ and invites all participants for a cocktail party.
On the second conference day, the PzM program includes nine all-day expert seminars. In practice-oriented exercises, individual topics are significantly extended. Afterwards, participants can join a recertification examination PcM/SPcM.
