Manage Agile in Berlin in November 2019

In six parallel tracks, this year's Manage Agile deals with the challenges of agile leadership for three days. 130 presentations will answer questions on objectives, success measurement and employee motivation in agile organizations, on their decision-making paths and leadership models, on business and legal aspects in an agile context.

In her presentation “Fail Fast - what do we learn from it?!” (November 5 | 11:20 a.m.), Method Park Senior Consultant Stephanie Aymans shows how an agile coach properly supports a team in its learning processes.

For the dark sides of agility, a separate track was set up, the so-called "F***up track", where speakers from all corporate levels report on their failure to introduce or apply agile methods. Dr. Tobias Maier, Principal Consultant for Agile Transformations at Method Park (November 6 | Room MOA4) moderates one of these tracks.

Parallel to the presentations, the organizer will offer a Barcamp on the third conference day, where all participants can contribute their individual topics.
