BASTA! Conference on Microsoft Technologies in Febuary 2017
The conference agenda focuses on topics such as Agile & DevOps, data access & storage, web development, user interface or security. Power workshops, which can be booked separately (February 20 and 24), are offered one day before and after the main conference (February 21 to 23).
Method Park joins BASTA! with a presentation in which the Method Park engineers Frank Blendinger and Christoph Menzel present “software engineering through the eyes of a role playing gamer” and discuss typical everyday situations of software development. The audience will be able to decide what happens next during the presentation – just like a setting of a classical pen-and-paper role play. The engineers will demonstrate the effects of decisions, which negative consequences they might encounter and how to react to them. The topics will be around technical aspects, such as the meaning of unit tests and dealing with organizational questions and the importance of soft skills. The Method Park presentation will take place on February 22, from 08:00 to 09:15 p.m.
