Agile Systems Conference in Munich in October 2018

Agile @ Hardware: Learn, Experience, Apply! – That’s the title of this year’s Agile Systems Conference on October 24 and 25 in Munich, where Method Park Expert Engineer Dr. Tobias Kästner gives a presentation on Scrum for Electronics.

The Agile Systems Conference deals with the application of agile methods in the systems and hardware development and particularly focuses on the applicability of Scrum, Kanban, etc. in this environment. The conference wants to offer a platform for information and experience, particularly for those who would like to venture into agile approaches for their development.

In his presentation “One sprint one board – Scrum for Electronics”, Dr. Tobias Kästner of Method Park demonstrates that flexibility in software development, can also be transferred to hardware development with the application of suitable draft principles.

Together with Mario Blunk of Blunk electronic, Tobias Kästner presents in a live demo, a specific method of how to integrate the development of hardware and software together, in one sprint.

The first conference day offers different keynotes and discussions in six open spaces. Some topics are then expanded in a hackathon and four workshops, during the second conference day.

Please find the entire agenda on the conference website.
