The agile enthusiast
"When developing a team, the human factor is at the very center of my work."
David Uhlenberg enriches the Systems Engineering team at Method Park with his extensive practical experience. As a Lead Agilist, he works with several teams. He has fully dedicated himself to agility. With catching enthusiasm, he introduces agile development methods to the companies of Method Park customers as a Scrum Master and Agile Coach. He convinces even those who have so far preferred to develop software according to classical process models in training courses and workshops. In the Scrum Master School, he also trains his Method Park colleagues to become Scrum Masters. David Uhlenberg additionally heads specialized group People - Projects - Processes of the ASQF e.V.
For many of his customers, the way teams work and the corporate culture change over time. David Uhlenberg observed and accompanied this with excitement, particularly in one of his medical projects: Eight internationally distributed teams needed his support for the undogmatic scaling of their development processes and the establishment of new communication structures.
David Uhlenberg summarizes his experience from such projects and his know-how in agile methods and agile transformation in lectures and technical articles.
