Alexander Neng

The realistic optimist"People can achieve great things, but they can also prevent them. I want to understand and change the complex context behind it."

Alexander Neng leads the Systems Engineering team at Method Park. With empathy and a sound grasp of problems, he advises, supports, and trains his customers in all Systems & Requirements Engineering challenges and introduces agile development methods.

As a boundless optimist and strict realist, Alexander Neng gives everything to ensure that customers and colleagues are well. He wants to understand the hurdles and difficulties before he offers suitable solutions. Following this principle, he embarked on his so far most challenging project:

A customer had grown from five to 80 employees within a short time and received a large software order — without processes and cultural adaptation. Alexander Neng accompanied the company as an agile coach and developed the organizational structure towards agile cooperation.

The active exchange with young IT professionals and the IT community is crucial to Alexander Neng. That's why he passes on his knowledge in lectures at the Nuremberg University of Technology. He is involved in the SysEng working group as a VDI member, writes technical articles, and gives presentations at expert conferences.
