Agile Beyond IT in Berlin in March 2019

Cultural change is the key factor for an agile transformation. Two Method Park Senior Engineers give a presentation, in which they prove why this statement is not valid for IT departments, at the Agile Beyond IT in March 2019.

Agile methods are well established in software development. But not only IT departments want to take advantage of Scrum or Kanban. The three-day congress Agile Beyond IT focuses on diverse implementation possibilities and the special challenges for agility beyond IT. In three parallel tracks, speakers deal with different topics such as recruiting with agile tools, agile mindsets or cultural transformation. (Program)

Method Park joins this conference: On the third conference day, David Uhlenberg and Alexander Neng present their project experience with internal services of IT companies. In their presentation “Breakfast buffet for agile transformation – The good taste of cultural change in an organization”, they demonstrate how teams, apart from IT departments, can transform from command & control towards agile values & principles (03/14/19; 11:35 a.m.).

In addition to the transfer of know-how and best practices from organizational structures & organization, from human resources & product development, from sales & marketing; this conference and the additional evening events should serve as networking platform for the experience exchange among participants.

The Agile Beyond IT particularly addresses those who are not employed in IT departments but may deal with agile approaches and processes.

Participant can book day tickets for the Agile Beyond IT. The early-bird price of 550 euros per day is valid until February 8.
