The objective of this in-house workshop is to formulate concrete solutions for interpreting CMMI and implementing it in an appropriate way using practical examples.
Description:
This workshop (70% practical part) deals with the interpretation and concrete implementation of CMMI in various contexts for the maturity levels 2 and 3:
- Collective consolidation and clarification of CMMI contents
- Presentation of examples and possible solutions
- Appropriateness of solutions – regarding “too much and too little“ when it comes to process improvement

Program:

Prerequisites:
The contents of the introductory course need to be familiar to you before embarking on this training course.
