PDF Print Mode
Benefit from the automatic generation of any kind of process documentation and spare yourself redundant process descriptions in future (online vs. paper). You can, for example, generate process documentation for external proof or for the authorisation of individual processes.

Process element attributes
Benefit from the central administration of any additional process information.
For example, you can freely attribute process elements and then control your process visualisation with attributes. The attributes are also included in a PDF print.

Improved Process Management
Version 5.1 contains features to help you streamline your process management. For example, the extended functions of the Issue Tracker can be used to follow up better on process changes. New core process functions support you in the modular development of your processes.
- Improved process change management
The improved integration of Issue Tracking and the Process Workbench simplify entering and following up on process changes and also supports you in your complex authorisation workflows. - Core process management
Updates of superimposed elements are now easier to carry out with Version 5.1. It is also possible to analyse core process dependencies in more depth. - Process version control
Externally filed process files and tools are incorporated in the process version (e.g. templates, examples). A working version can now generally be replaced with an existing version. - Tailoring
The tailoring function has been extended so that now it is possible, in addition to tailoring away elements or including them as fixed constants, to adapt these elements with a change tailoring function. This enables your to implement more flexible tailoring concepts with Stages.
Integration with Actano RPlan
Benefit from the possibility to export your processes to process step level and use them as a foundation for your project planning.
This will save you valuable time and you are assured that your processes are being implemented in conformity with standards at project level.
