Since we started using Stages it is a lot easier to find certain documents. We have the same structure everywhere for every employee and it’s great because he knows his role and his activities and tasks.
Appraisals posed a great challenge for us to overcome, and with the Compliance Workbench in Stages we can now easily map references... ...to CMMI, to the V-Model and to ISO 9000. And we can generate the evidence list virtually at the touch of a button so a specific assessment requires little effort.
Our project managers appreciate the automatically generated project reports that we can create with the Stages metrics engine. Manual creation of project reports was yesterday. Today with one mouse click the data will be generated. Our project managers learned to love and value this functionality.
In a nutshell, Stages helps us achieve CMMI Level 3, organize projects, and enable every employee to perform efficiently in each project.
