Klaus-Magnus Junginger (Chairman)

- Klaus-Magnus Junginger
Klaus-Magnus Junginger studied law in Würzburg. Since September 2002 he has been an independent lawyer in Munich. His main specialist areas are in corporate law, in particular stock corporation law, and in Due Diligence assessments. He works as a consultant for matters relating to capital market law and supports companies in preparing for IPOs. Mr. Junginger holds seminars at the Nürnberger Akademie für Absatzwirtschaft (Nuremberg academy for distributive trade) and presentations at the Munich University of Applied Sciences (Fachhochschule München) on the topic of "Mergers and Acquisition".
Prof. Dr. Thomas C. Peisl (Chairman Delegate)

- Prof. Dr. Thomas C. Peisl
Prof. Dr. Thomas C. Peisl studied business administration at the Munich University of Applied Sciences (Fachhochschule München), the Washington State University, and the Chemnitz University of Technology (Technische Universität Chemnitz). He gained practical experience in various management positions, including at Siemens, VEBA and General Electric. Prof. Peisl currently heads the Chair of Business Administration and Corporate Strategy at the Munich University of Applied Sciences (Fachhochschule München) and presides over the international Master of Business Administration course (MBA). His current research areas are the international aspects of knowledge management, fusions and takeovers, as well as entrepreneurship.
Albin Ettle

- Albin Ettle
Following his commercial training and subsequent studies in business administration, Albin Ettle has been working in various positions in purchasing and logistics at Robert Bosch GmbH since 1977.
Among other positions, he was responsible from mid-1988 to 1992 for building up an international purchasing office in South-East Asia, which was located in Singapore. In 2000, Albin Ettle, in his position as Vice President of Purchasing assumed responsibility for the global purchasing activities of our Business Unit Diesel Systems.
Since 2008, Albin Ettle, in his position as Executive Vice President is responsible in our Corporate Sector Purchasing and Logistics for Global Purchasing. He has focused on achieving a permanent reorientation of the purchasing processes - in terms of an integral supply-chain approach and the corresponding development of the necessary organizational structures worldwide.
Albin Ettle was born in 1960 in Roth. Besides his commitment to his career and family, he likes to keep up his hobbies of motorcycling, travelling and attending musicals."
Gerd Höfner

- Gerd Höfner
Gerd Höfner studied computer science at the Friedrich-Alexander University in Erlangen. After successful completion of these studies in 1985 he began his career at Siemens AG. He held various leading positions during his career there, such as director for the specialist center for systems engineering at Corporate Technology, director of "Integration of Business and Automation", and director of the division "MES Products" in the area of Automation & Drives. In 2002, he took on his current role as Vice President at the Software Engineering Centre, Siemens Information Systems Ltd. in Bangalore, India. As an associate lecturer and within the framework of various teaching activities, Gerd Höfner lectured at the Universities of Linz and Erlangen. Among other things, he is a member of the steering committee of Siemens Corporate Technology India, of the Indo-German Chamber of Commerce, and of the German Business Group Bangalore, India.
Dr. Erich Muskat

- Dr. Erich Muskat
Dr. Erich Muskat studied physics at the universities in Erlangen, Heidelberg, and Johannesburg in South Africa. He gained his PhD in nuclear physics at the University of the Witwatersrand in Johannesburg, South Africa. Dr. Muskat is the director of development at RUAG Ammotec GmbH in Fürth.
